The products are loaded in a stack into the receiving hopper of the feed unit. The high-speed friction paginator separates the lower product piece by piece from the stack and directs it to the conveyor belt. When the product passes by the photoelectric sensor, the system captures its position and transmits a signal to the labeling head drive. The separation mechanism applies a self-adhesive label with high precision to a given area, after which the finished product is transported to the next technological stage. Technological cycle: Product loading → Automatic sheet feeding → Piece separation → Transportation → Object detection → Label feeding and separation → Label application → Unloading of finished products. Automatic sheet feeding unit (paginator): a friction separation mechanism with precise adjustment for different thicknesses and densities of the material (from thin paper to thick cardboard). Labeling unit: applicator with head position adjustment, tape tension control mechanism, as well as roll end and break sensors. Conveyor system: rigid SUS304 steel frame, stepless belt speed control and adjustable side rails. Detection and safety system: optical sensors for the presence of an object and label, monitoring of missed labels, automatic stop function and sound/light notification in case of failure.
