1) TRAINING IN BLISTERING TECHNOLOGY.
All our customers who have purchased the equipment, we provide literature on the basics of packaging tablets and capsules in blisters. We provide consultations by phone and by correspondence, we help to solve the arising difficulties in production on our equipment. We supply spare parts and consumables. We provide services to assist in the sale of used blistering equipment. User manual and technical data sheet in English.
2) COMPLETE THE PRODUCTION OF BLISTERS.
We have a wide range of additional equipment for blister production. At the customer’s request we will select the model of automatic blistering machine, daters and numberers, filling and packaging equipment for gelatin capsules and tablets.
3) SUPPLY OF SPARE PARTS
We cooperate with manufacturers of automatic and semi-automatic blistering machines and supply spare parts for any model of blistering equipment purchased in our company.

Technical specifications
Foil-to-PVC welding machine “ITA-03”
The equipment allows to seal blisters of standard shapes.
The used shapes are required to be pre-ordered by sending a design.
The machine is completely made of stainless steel and aluminum.
It is equipped with an electronic thermoregulator, which automatically regulates the temperature of the foil.
Allows you to manually adjust the degree of heat of phase welding depending on the thickness of the material used.
Capacity: 500-600 blisters per hour
Overall dimensions: 300 x 260 x 460 mm
Power supply: 220 V, 300 W, 50/60 Hz.
Weight with packaging: 10 kg
Blister blanks can be purchased from us. Instructions in Italian and English are included in the delivery set.
Additional information
The machine is semi-automatic and is mounted on a table. Before use, the customer must order an aluminum die of his own design from the manufacturer and have ready blanks of empty blisters. Aluminum foil is partially welded to the blisters. Manually place the empty blister into the aluminum die, fill all cells of the blister with tablets or capsules, and cover with aluminum foil on top. Move the aluminum mold inside, turn on the temperature controller and set the desired heating temperature, then press the foil against the PVC with the lever manually. After a pause, remove the aluminum mold and take out the finished blister.
