This model is suitable for small companies, start-up manufacturers, scientific, educational institutions that use the rotary press for pressing small batches or pilot batches of tablets, as well as a means of debugging technologies in the production process, selecting the necessary components for pressing tablets. The rotary press is compact and easy to set up. Model RZ-10B is a rotary floor press of carousel type. The scheme of operation of the press consists in transferring, by means of a gearbox, the rotation from the electric motor to the pulley, on the axis of which the rotor is located. The press is designed for direct pressing of tablets. The capacity is 18000 tablets per hour. This model is supplied with a set of molds: dies of different diameters (from 6 to 20 mm) and punches. The punch with a long body is the upper one and is installed in the upper part of the press. The punch with a short body and long working part is the lower one and its task is to push the tablet out of the die. They are installed in the lower part of the press. The press works only in automatic mode. Before plugging the press into the network and starting work, you should carefully study the video instruction and familiarize yourself with the principles of its operation. After that its operation will become clear and simple for you. The press has an electric motor as well as a debugging wheel with a handle. All adjustments and settings are made manually by turning the wheel. Be careful when connecting the electric motor, the direction must correspond to the arrow. The powder is loaded into the press through a removable funnel-shaped hopper. It can be easily removed, rinsed and put back in place. The powder is fed from the hopper via a feeder. When the rotor of the press rotates, the powder is fed inside the die, where it is pressed and then the finished tablet is pushed to the surface. On the body of the press there is a control unit.
