Two reels of contour packs, a reel of triple laminate, two reels of antiseptic pad, which are used alternately, and two reels of protective coating of appropriate sizes are installed on the corresponding axes of the reel holders. All the above materials are then loaded into the dispenser, following the filling pattern. The triple laminate strip is first pulled through the perforation unit and then through the unit where it is separated into laminate (adhesive-coated backing material) and transfer paper. The end of the transfer paper is secured to the winding unit. The operator manually unwinds the two strips of protective coating, inserts them into the appropriate guides and connects them to the adhesive side of the laminate.

The operator then inserts the assembled laminate strip between the pull rollers and starts the machine. As the laminate passes through the antiseptic liner application unit, the cutting device cuts a strip of antiseptic liner of the appropriate length and applies it to the middle of the laminate strip. As the strip with antiseptic pad continues to move, two strips of protective coating are placed on top of it and unwound from the reels. The assembled strip with the gasket and the two strips of protective coating is pulled through to the cutting unit. The cut blank of the assembled bactericidal leukoplasty from the cutting unit goes to the packaging, whereby the blank is placed between the two bands of the contour packaging.
