The press is fully automatic, the powder is pressurized by a pneumatic cylinder. Ejection of the finished tablet by mechanical drive. Powder feeding by hopper dispenser, dosing principle – volumetric dosing. There is an adjustment of the weight of finished tablets and pressing force. After a small adjustment procedure in manual mode, the tablet press can work in automatic mode. It is only necessary to add powder to the hopper-doser. The necessary molds can be ordered additionally at an extra cost.
