The press is compact and easy to set up. Tablet press 6000-S is a single punch press of eccentric type. The scheme of operation of the press consists in transferring, by means of belt transmission, the rotation from the electric motor to the pulley, on the axis of which there is a small gear, and this gear transmits the rotation to the big gear, in the center of which there is a shaft with an eccentric mounted on it. The press is designed for pressing tablets by 1 piece. Capacity – 6000 tablets per hour. Tablet press 6000-S is supplied with a set of molds: dies of different diameters (from 6 to 11 mm) and punches. Some of the punches have a long body and short shank, the other – on the contrary, a short body and a long shank. The punch with a long body is the upper one and is installed in the upper part of the press. The punch with a short body and a long working part is the lower one and its task is to push the tablet out of the die. It is installed in the lower part of the press. The press works in two modes – manual and automatic. The press has an electric motor as well as a debugging wheel with a handle. All adjustments and settings are made manually by turning the wheel. On one of the protective covers, under which the gear is hidden, there is a sticker indicating the direction of rotation of this gear. The press debug wheel also rotates in the same direction (clockwise if you are in the front of the wheel). The pulley of the electric motor in this case rotates in the opposite direction. Be careful when connecting the electric motor, the direction must correspond to the direction indicated by the arrow. The powder is loaded into the press through a removable funnel-shaped hopper. It can be easily removed, rinsed and reinstalled. The powder is fed from the hopper via a movable foot. As the press rotates, the foot moves and feeds the powder into the die, where it is pressed and then the finished tablet is pushed to the surface. When using the press in manual mode, it is recommended to remove the motor pulley belts, which will significantly reduce resistance and save you effort. Put the belts back on when connecting to the mains. On the press body there is a control unit (ON and OFF buttons). In normal mode the press operates from 220V mains, but it can also be connected to 380V mains, in this case connect the power supply wires directly to the press, bypassing the control unit.
