Additional information
A control system via LCD screen with high operating stability and extremely low failure rate is used. The main system is controlled by 10-inch touch screen, simple visual interface, in English with fault display function. Installed German LEUZE label sensors, automatic label inspection stations, stable and convenient, without high demands on the operator. Servo control with American AB powerful servo amplifier, stable with high response speed. Cartons are moved into the separation device, all cartons keep a certain distance and move along the centerline. Transition to fix the carton without moving without labeling.
Servo motor driver, controls the drive motor to feed the label. Brushing device to smooth the labels on the carton at two corners for better adhesion. Labeling. Photoelectronic control elements, labeling accuracy, “no object – stop” function, automatic control of missing label. The main part of the labeling machine is made of stainless steel SUS304. The possibility of using different sizes of labels. The system of pressing the label to the surface of the bottle avoids air bubbles. Label feeding from the roll by electric stepper motor.
