The principle of operation of automatic capsule machines is as follows: solid gelatin capsules are poured into the hopper in an assembly. Through the vacuum conveyor system, a group of capsules falls into the corresponding cells of the turntable. The processes of dividing the capsule into 2 parts, filling with powder, and closing the capsules take place. The adjustment process is quite complicated. The placement and the measuring plate are designed as a unit to eliminate any deviations and avoid friction between the plate and the axis and thus improve filling accuracy and the accuracy of the capsule.
