Additional information

Automatic equipment for filling hard gelatin capsules with powder and granules. Empty capsules are poured into the hopper, then the machine orients the capsules into one position and fills the cells of the molds. The capsules are oriented with their lower parts downwards. In automatic mode, the capsules are opened and their bottom parts are filled with powder. The weight of the powder in all capsules is the same. After the capsules are filled with powder, the upper and lower parts of the capsule are joined together. The finished capsules are then poured into the tray. It is possible to download a video and view the entire cycle of operation of the automatic capsule filling machine. The operator loads the capsule halves into the hopper and powder, the machine works automatically. We recommend using it together with a gelatin capsule polisher to remove powder particles from the capsule surface.
