Additional information

The powder is poured through a hopper into the press pelletizer, the rollers rotated by powerful gearboxes press the powder, press it into plates, which the machine automatically peels and crushes into pellets. The high force generated by the press pelletizer ensures that the pellets are produced without moistening by pressing the powder alone. To create the pressure a hydraulic hand pump is used, which once every 1-2 hours of operation is necessary to pump up the required force. The function of the granulator is to press the powder into a plate with rollers and break it into small particles.
