Mobile reactor with water jacket, entirely in stainless steel AISI 304 and 316 for the production of the following products: creams, ointments, gels and adhesives. The reactor allows controlled heating and slow mixing of the product with the possibility of vacuum connection. There is an illumination with LED flashlight to control the quality of the product preparation. Loading of raw materials is done through a small hatch. The lid of the reactor has everything necessary for water connection. Regulation of temperature and mixing speed is controlled by the operator. There are reactor models with a volume of 50 liters. Under the order we complete with heated flexible lines and pump for transfer of hot gel to any distance. The equipment comes with a detailed instruction of the operation process.
