If there will be several types of blister, then for each type – the size of capsules and the number in the blister. If you make the design of blisters yourself – great, if not, we will make the design according to your list and send it to you for approval.
Bottom line: to evaluate a blister machine, you need to understand the blister design and quantity.

2. Capsule machine.
The cost of the capsule machine includes tooling for one (any capsule size you choose) standard capsule size. If you plan to use several – tell us which ones – 00,0,1,2,3 or 4. It is also technically possible to increase the productivity of this machine by 70-80%, if you put 2 operators and use a double set of tooling for one capsule size. Then the speed of capsule filling will be higher. Think about whether you need this. If you do, let me know.
Bottom line: the capsule machine includes only one tooling for one capsule size in the price. If you plan to use equipment for different capsules, send a list. If you want to increase productivity, you need to buy 2 sets of tooling for each selected capsule size.
