This line is needed for tableting berry and vegetable powders with sweetener (and a few other powdered ingredients). The volume of finished tablets is planned to be about 10,000,000 pieces per month. Tablet size 12x12x6 with rounded corners weight 1 g. (photo see in the appendix). I am also interested in the line of packing in doy-pak bags, packing horizontal by weight. The tube diameter is about 60 mm (I will specify later).

You will also need an automatic powder feed system in the hopper. The SF-10 is an excellent

conveyor model.
For mixing powders, we recommend the VL-300 V-mixer with internal mixing device.
For loading and unloading of powder from the mixer we recommend to purchase vacuum powder conveyor QV-01.

TABLET PACKING.
Regarding the equipment for tablet packing we would like to suggest you to work with ready-made packages, instead of making them from roll material. Machine for packing DP-30.
Please note, you can use both bags with ZIP-LOCK lock, and bags with a bottom, on which the bag is stable. Such ready-made bags with typography can be ordered cheaply in China.
