1) TRAINING IN THE USE OF DOY-PACK MACHINES.
All our customers, who have purchased the equipment, are provided with literature on the basics of dosing powders into doy-packs. We provide consultations by phone and by correspondence, we help to solve the arising difficulties in production on our equipment. We supply spare parts and consumables. We provide services to assist in the realization of used doy-pak filling machines.
2) COMPLETE THE PRODUCTION WITH PACKAGING EQUIPMENT.
We have a wide range of additional equipment for the preparation of powder mixtures. At the customer’s request we will choose the model of equipment for powder mixing, granulators, feeding bulk products into packaging machines, labeling equipment.
3) SUPPLY OF SPARE PARTS
We cooperate with manufacturers of automatic and semi-automatic doy-pack filling machines, manual tabletop machines for dispensing powders and liquid products, we supply spare parts for doy-pack filling equipment purchased in our company.

Technical specifications
Response from MINIPRESS: TABLET PRODUCTION.
We suggest you consider an RZ-31B press with a capacity of 60,000 tablets per hour.
You will also need an automatic powder feed system in the hopper. The SF-10 is an excellent
conveyor model.
For mixing powders, we recommend the VL-300 V-mixer with internal mixing device.
For loading and unloading of powder from the mixer we recommend to purchase vacuum powder conveyor QV-01.
TABLET PACKING.
Regarding the equipment for tablet packing we would like to suggest you to work with ready-made packages, instead of making them from roll material. Machine for packing DP-30.
Please note, you can use both bags with ZIP-LOCK lock, and bags with a bottom, on which the bag is stable. Such ready-made bags with typography can be ordered cheaply in China.
