The principle of operation of automatic capsule machines is as follows: solid gelatin capsules are poured into the hopper in an assembly. Through the vacuum conveyor system, a group of capsules falls into the corresponding cells of the turntable. The processes of dividing the capsule into 2 parts, filling with powder, and closing the capsules take place. The adjustment process is quite complicated. Such mechanisms attach great importance to the quality of the capsules used. Many times we have encountered situations when hard gelatin capsules, if stored incorrectly, or if a customer buys a knowingly defective batch of capsules, lead to jamming of the machine. This is due to the fact that the size and shape of the capsules can be disturbed. The automatic machine works at high speed and it is very difficult to track down low-quality capsules. We advise our customers to find the best quality gelatin capsules when purchasing an automatic capsule machine and to follow all the necessary measures for capsule storage. Maintenance of the automatic capsule machines requires personnel with the appropriate skills. The machines are delivered from the factory in a fully customized condition. When ordering a capsule machine, please note that accessories for one type of capsule are included in the price. Additional tooling for other capsule sizes is at an additional cost. The placement and measuring plate are designed as one unit to eliminate any deviations and avoid friction between the plate and the axis, thus improving filling accuracy and significantly extending the machine’s working life. Easy and convenient disassembly, installation and cleaning, different models of molds can replace each other, molds can be interchanged on the same machine to meet different performance requirements. Dust collector and vacuum pipe and exhaust air pipe are installed inside the machine to avoid duct hardening, breakage, leakage and other similar phenomena. The machine is more convenient to clean the platform. We recommend using together with the gelatin capsule polisher to remove powder particles from the capsule surface.
