1) TRAINING IN ENCAPSULATION TECHNOLOGY.
All our customers who have purchased the equipment are provided with literature on the basics of powder encapsulation. We provide consultations by phone and by correspondence, we help to solve the arising difficulties during the production on our equipment. We supply spare parts and consumables. We provide services to assist in the realization of used capsule equipment.
2) COMPLETE THE PRODUCTION OF CAPSULES.
We have a wide range of additional equipment for capsule production. At the customer’s request we will select the model of capsule filling equipment, granulators, powder mixers, dust removal equipment and capsule polishers, printers for printing logos on capsules, filling and packaging equipment for gelatin capsules.
3) SUPPLY OF SPARE PARTS
We cooperate with manufacturers of automatic and semi-automatic capsulators and supply spare parts for any model of capsule machines purchased in our company.

1. the equipment has been in stock for at least 3-4 years. You can assume that more recent models have already come out.
2. Is this particular equipment suitable for you? Maybe not to go for a low price, and order a new one, but exactly for your needs?
3. This line is a complex. Where there is a capsule-forming machine (capsulator) and additional equipment for the preparation of gelatin mass, pumps, tanks, drying capsules, washing, trays for capsules. If you want a really good option – you need to take the main machine Korean, and all additional equipment to take Chinese (maybe even from this set).
Additional information
Well, my final advice is to take this line, master it, gain some volume of orders, and buy a more modern Korean capsulator. By the way, suture capsules are not the best solution in terms of economy. My company produces seamless capsulators in Belarus. The price of the equipment there is only 12000 euros.
