Compact design, ideal for use in confined space, laboratory and pharmaceutical applications. Body and parts made of SUS 304. Semi-automatic piston type filling machine. Horizontal machine for filling bottles from 1000 ml to 5000 ml with liquid materials. Easy to operate, pneumatic part uses pneumatic components Germany. Filling is controlled by solenoid valve, with high filling accuracy. Filling volume and flow rate can be adjusted as desired. Special three-way check valve system is used for filling accuracy. Material contact parts can be customized SUS316. Bottom seal can be made on the filling nozzle of the vessel to avoid leakage. The diameter of the filling nozzle can be changed according to customer’s request. All parts in contact with the material are made of 316 stainless steel. The filling volume and speed can be adjusted while maintaining high dosing accuracy. An ointment, gel or viscous homogeneous substance is loaded into the large funnel and the operator manually adjusts the amount of ointment per dose using the setting system. The filling check is volumetric or by weight. Next, a compressor is connected, which drives the piston with compressed air pressure. Start/Stop control of the dose delivery is possible from the foot pedal. The operator brings the container to the neck, presses the pedal and the machine delivers a dose of ointment into the jar, then the operator puts a new container. It is possible to use this machine with a conveyor belt and photo sensor connection.
