1) TRAINING IN THE USE OF DOY-PACK MACHINES.
All our customers, who have purchased the equipment, are provided with literature on the basics of dosing powders into doy-packs. We provide consultations by phone and by correspondence, we help to solve the arising difficulties in production on our equipment. We supply spare parts and consumables. We provide services to assist in the realization of used doy-pak filling machines. User manual and technical data sheet in English.
2) COMPLETE THE PRODUCTION WITH PACKAGING EQUIPMENT.
We have a wide range of additional equipment for the preparation of powder mixtures. At the customer’s request we will choose the model of equipment for powder mixing, granulators, feeding bulk products into packaging machines, labeling equipment.
3) SUPPLY OF SPARE PARTS
We cooperate with manufacturers of automatic and semi-automatic doy-pack filling machines, manual tabletop machines for dispensing powders and liquid products, we supply spare parts for doy-pack filling equipment purchased in our company.

Additional information
The automatic machine works with pre-loaded, ready-to-use, free-mouth doy-packs in the hopper. Vacuum suction cups move the bag to the filling zone, where it is opened and filled with product. There are various variants of product feeding systems. It can be a dispenser for liquid products, a conveyor belt with a weight dispenser for granular products or a weight dispenser for powders. All types of dispensers ensure high filling accuracy by product weight. After filling, the doy-packs are either closed with a zip-lock closure or sealed. An optional printer prints the expiration date and date of manufacture on the bag. The finished sealed doy-packs are conveyed on the bottom conveyor. The manufacturer can make any combination of equipment for this series of equipment. The main electronic mechanisms are used in the equipment of manufacturers from Taiwan, Sweden, Japan. As additional paid options can be purchased : hermetic packing function – to prevent environmental pollution by splashing materials; function of opening and closing the ZIP lock on the bags; function of vacuuming and pumping gas into the bags; function of supporting heavy weight (recommended when the weight is more than 1 kg); function of hot embossing date and expiration date; function of printing the date and expiration date in ink.
