SUS 304 stainless steel filling head and Teflon coated ball valve (optional SUS 316). DF-03 series is integrated with LCD which fully controls the filling process, guaranteeing accurate filling. Automatic / manual selection of operation mode. 2-stage control value for fast and slow filling. Ability to continue an interrupted filling cycle. Reliable for empty container detection, container plug displacement. Options : 1250mm roller conveyor for DF-03 (movable wheels with brake), evaporation pump reduces operator exposure to irritating vapors. The filling speed may vary depending on the fluid characteristic or the supply voltage.
