The equipment packs products into cardboard boxes horizontally, the box is placed in a rotating chain according to the principle of a crank-slide mechanism using a suction cup. The rotating circuit operates periodically in the same direction. The stationary box storage device holds 300 boxes, which allows you to provide a supply of boxes.
The control system uses a touch screen with a human-machine interface to communicate with the machine, which allows you to configure the program of each node, keep statistics on the production status of the machine and display fault signals.
