A unique series of automatic glass ampoule filling and sealing machines. The models differ from each other by minor options, dosage and capacity. The ampoules are taken from the hopper and then conveyed to the filling machine by a conveyor belt. The operator regulates the dosage, within the limits of the machine’s capabilities. Filling into glass ampoules is carried out by a group. The machine brings a group of ampoules under the needles, the conveyor stops and the needles are lowered into the ampoules. Next comes the filling of the ampoules. After that the glass ampoules are moved to the burner zone. The burning temperature and flame intensity are also controlled. After the neck of the ampoule is heated, special clamps are used to form the top of the ampoule. The top has a rounded contour with a regular uniform shape. The height of all finished ampoules and roundness is repeated continuously, without differences.
