The problem with many tablet presses is that during the process of pressing and moving the finished tablets from the die to the storage tank, the tablet comes into contact with powder residue. As a result, a dusty film forms on the surface of the tablets. The dust further complicates the operation of blistering and filling machines, and particular difficulties are encountered when attempting to coat the dusty tablets with shells. The solution to removing dust from tablets is a compact and high performance tablet polisher. The base of the equipment is on rubber supports, which reduces operating noise and dampens vibrations. On the base is fixed electromagnetic vibrator with adjustable frequency of amplitude of oscillation. To the vibrator is attached the axis of the base. There is also some construction of perforated plates, with a system of transition of tablets from one level to another. The plate system is placed in a transparent plastic housing, with a lid on top with a hole for loading dusty tablets. At the bottom there are spigots for vacuum cleaner hose connection and the plastic housing is equipped with a hose system for compressed air supply. Working principle, tablets are loaded into the receiving window, vibration is switched on, tablets start to move from one level of plates to lower ones, passing through the plates tablets are cleaned, as vacuum cleaner through perforations pulls away air and dust. At the lowest level of air flow from the compressor (not included in the set) tablets are finally blown from dust and go outside clean. We supply an additional telescopic stand 500.
