Additional information
The machine is used for sealing high viscosity products (silicone and polyurethane sealants, grease, grout, glass glue). The hydraulic pressure generated by the press is used to feed the material into the tubes. The dispenser has high-precision quantitative filling with two servo drives for intermittent movement, it has a series of functions, including feeding at atmospheric pressure, quantitative filling with servo drive, pneumatic wire flow breaker and automatic valve expansion. The filling equipment has a pneumatic telescopic active rod, cone breaker and filler to prevent silicone from being pulled out, with accurate measurement and adjustable filling volume. The equipment runs smoothly and reliably, without noise and other pollution. All contact materials and some related parts are made of high-quality stainless steel. Quick-change devices are used to clean the parts and filling heads, which makes disassembly and cleaning easier. The automatic production line is suitable for chemical industry, pharmaceutical industry, adhesive industry, shoe polish industry and other related industries. Single head hydraulic sealant high viscosity silicone filler pressing machine is a specialized mechanical equipment which can be used by sealant manufacturers for pressing. The advanced glue press has greatly improved the appearance, performance, as well as the stability and reliability. Among them, the “external control” function has been added to the lifting control system, which reduces the load caused by frequent operation. The modern glue press can not only pack silicone glue, electronic glue, acrylic glue, polyurethane glue and acrylic-based acrylic glue, but also develop and modify various adhesive pastes, lubricants, etc., so as to improve the productivity of the hydraulic glue press and meet the user’s needs for the use of the glue press. The hydraulic material feeding method ensures the efficiency and stability for high-viscosity materials, and the maintenance is fast and easy.
