Cylindrical plastic bottles are automatically fed from the vibrating hopper into the tooling on the rotary table, which moves the bottles to the filling and capping unit. The filling machine fills one bottle at a time. Optical sensors monitor the presence of a bottle. If there is no bottle, there is no filling. From the accumulating vibrating hopper, the caps are fed to the capping unit, where they are used to seal the bottles, and the caps are screwed on mechanically, using a rotating head. Finished bottles are moved to the area of ​​their mechanical extraction from the tooling. The machine is used to fill and cap plastic bottles with a volume of 1-100 ml. For rectangular and square plastic bottles, another model is available with the function of manual bottle feeding by the operator. The filling and sealing operation is combined in this machine with its improved design and compact structure. Great importance is attached to the stability of the bottles.
