Additional tooling for any one capsule size + 1000 USD

The machine has a design of pressure rollers, which can be adjusted to different types of blisters. Working principle: The operator manually loads a stack of blisters into the guides, having pre-adjusted the rollers to the desired type of blister, the operator turns on the machine with the start-stop button. Electric motor drives the rollers. The top plate presses the blister and pushes the gelatin capsules down into the collection tray. The machine pushes the empty blister down into the tray and automatically inserts a new blister into the machine. New blisters can be added by the operator without stopping the machine. The hard gelatin capsules removed from the blisters are placed in the hopper, then the distribution system feeds the capsules in rows to the zone where the separation into two halves takes place, the powder is poured into one container and the capsule residue into another container. The equipment can be equipped with additional accessories for the separation of all existing capsule sizes (optional extra chargeable).
