Additional information
Automatic system for feeding vials on a conveyor belt. The system turns on automatically and pulls the label from the roll and presses the label. Compact structure and easy operation. Photoelectronic control elements, labeling accuracy, “no object – stop” function, automatic control of missing label. The equipment has ultrasonic sensor to detect transparent label, can also work with opaque labels. The main part of the labeling machine is made of stainless steel SUS304. Ability to use different sizes of labels. The system of pressing the label to the surface of the bottle avoids air bubbles. Technical possibility of sticking two labels on one bottle, or sticking a circular label. Label feeding from the roll by a stepper electric motor. Series, number and production date printing function can be added if required. The equipment and materials used in stainless steel and high-alloy manufacturing meet GMP production requirements.
