A unique series of automatic compact machines for filling and sealing closed sterile glass ampoules. The models differ from each other by minor options, dosage and capacity. Ampoules are taken from the hopper, then they get on the conveyor belt to the filling. The operator regulates the dosage, within the limits of the machine’s capabilities. Filling into glass ampoules is carried out by a group. The machine automatically prints the closed ampoules with a flame. Then brings the group of ampoules under the needles, the conveyor stops and the needles are lowered into the ampoules. Next comes the filling of ampoules. After that, the glass ampoules are moved to the burner zone for sealing. The burning temperature and flame intensity are also controlled. After the neck of the ampoule has been heated, special clamps are used to form the top of the ampoule. The top has a rounded contour with a regular uniform shape. The height of all finished ampoules and roundness is repeated continuously, without differences. The closed type glass ampoule filling and sealing machine does not require a machine for washing and drying ampoules.
