Automatic carton packaging machine JWP-10

Automatic carton packaging machine is an automatic cartoner of flow line series – intermittent motion packaging machine. The equipment is checked by photoelectric switches and controlled by PLC program to realize each function to ensure product quality. Standard configuration: main machine, human-machine interface, PLC and stainless steel housing. The machine is mainly composed of the main parts: a folding machine for folding insert sheets and a cartoner. The folding machine folds the paper instructions and then transports to the blister section, after which they are put into a box together. The cartoner can automatically receive the boxes, position the blisters, print the batch number, seal and transport the boxes and finally produce the finished product. The machine is controlled by a PLC control system with a human-machine interface, which complies with the GMP standard. The maximum production speed is about 120 boxes per minute. The machine can automatically, orderly distribute blisters directly from the packaging blister machine into cartons. User manual and technical data sheet in English.
