Desktop hydraulic press is applicable as a laboratory press in chemical, metallurgical industry. Includes spare glands and consumables. We can make any molds and dies. The main part of the press is the base plate, the main plate combines the bearing posts and the upper base plate. A hydraulic cylinder, a dynamometer and a system of levers are mounted on the main plate. Press tool and matrix are mounted on the working surface of the hydraulic cylinder. The press cylinder stroke is controlled by a screw stopper. The whole operation of the hydraulic press can be divided into:
(a). Filling of the die,
(b). Compression of powder ,
(c). Ejection of the finished tablet

These three steps are performed alternately to fulfill the parameters of the obtained tablets. The laboratory benchtop hydraulic press is a compact, benchtop unit. Once you set up the press on the table, you can use it. The design is convenient to assemble or disassemble. Readings 1 MPa = 6.5 KN 1 KN = 0.154 MPa
Installation: Assemble the press, place the die on the table surface of the hydraulic cylinder, manually fill the die with powder, having previously measured the required weight with a measuring cup. Place the punch in the die, press the punch from above with the screw stop. Set the lever and start pumping movements to create pressure in the hydraulic cylinder. On the dynamometer you will see a reading of the force you are creating with the press. Then drain the fluid from the hydraulic cylinder, lift the thrust screw slightly upward. Place supports under the die, then press again with the lever to force the finished tablet out of the die.
