The desktop hydraulic press is applicable as a laboratory press in the chemical and metallurgical industries. The set includes spare oil seals and consumables. We will produce any molds and dies.  The main part of the press is the base plate, the main plate combines the supporting posts and the upper base plate. A hydraulic cylinder, a dynamometer and a lever system are mounted on the main plate. A press tool and a die are installed on the working surface of the hydraulic cylinder. The stroke of the press cylinder is controlled by a screw stopper. The whole process of the hydraulic press can be divided into:
(a). Filling the die,
(b). Compressing the powder,
(c). Ejecting the finished tablet

These three steps are performed alternately in order to comply with the parameters of the tablets received. The laboratory desktop hydraulic press is a compact, desktop device. After you install the press on the table, you can use it. The structure is convenient to assemble or disassemble. Readings 1 MPa = 6.5 KN 1 KN = 0.154 MPa
Installation: Assemble the press, install the die on the surface of the hydraulic cylinder table, manually fill the die with powder, having previously measured the required weight with a measuring cup. Install the punch into the die, press the punch on top with a screw stop. Install the lever and start pumping to create pressure in the hydraulic cylinder. On the dynamometer, you will see the readings of the force generated by your press. Then drain the fluid from the hydraulic cylinder, lift the thrust screw slightly upward. Install the supports under the die, then apply the lever force again to squeeze the finished tablet out of the die.
