Additional information

To ensure the storage conditions of gelatin capsules and tablets packed in plastic bottles it is necessary to place inside a bag with a special substance – silica gel powder. This powder removes moisture and extends the shelf life and storage conditions. Ready sachets in a roll are placed in a special automatic machine, which doses one sachet of silica gel inside the bottle. Empty bottles are moved by a conveyor belt. After placing the sachet, the conveyor moves the bottles under the counting and filling machine, where capsules or tablets are loaded.
