1) TRAINING IN BLISTER PRODUCTION TECHNOLOGY.
All our customers who have purchased the equipment, we provide literature on the basics of packaging tablets and gelatin capsules in blisters, as well as the use of packaging materials. We provide consultations by phone and by correspondence, we help to solve the arising difficulties during the production on our equipment. We supply spare parts and consumables. We provide services to assist in the realization of used equipment.
2) COMPLETE THE PRODUCTION OF BLISTER MACHINES.
We have a wide range of automatic blistering equipment for blistering tablets and capsules. At the customer’s request we will select the optimal model of equipment by the number of cells and the shape of the finished package.
3) SUPPLY OF SPARE PARTS
We cooperate with manufacturers of automatic and semi-automatic blister machines and supply spare parts for any model of machines purchased in our company.

1. You stated the size of your product is 15x100mm. But it is not clear what is the diameter and what is the height. Please clarify it.
2. How many blisters per hour do you want to produce?
3. blister should have its own design. I would like to see a layout or drawing, which would indicate the overall dimensions of the blister, the location of the cell, the size, shape and depth of the cell. We send you approximate blister drawings. You can use them as a reference to create an image of your design.
4. We ask you to send a picture of what you mean by blisters, because different people have different ideas about it. What blister materials do you require? Usually PVC 9 strong transparent film is used and aluminum foil (rarely cardboard) is welded on top.
