The rotary tablet press is compact in size and easy to set up. Model RZ-8D is a pharmaceutical rotary carousel type rotary tablet press. The working scheme of the press consists in transferring, by means of a gearbox, the rotation from the electric motor to the pulley, on the axis of which the rotor is located. The rotary tablet press is designed for pressing tablets from the prepared tablet mass. The productivity is adjustable from 3600 to 8400 tablets per hour, the larger the diameter of tablets, the lower the speed of pressing. Complete with molds: dies of different diameters (from 6 to 22 mm) and punches. Punches with a long body are upper and installed in the upper part of the press. Punch with short body and long working part is the lower one and its task is to push the tablet out of the die. They are installed in the lower part of the press. The press operates in automatic mode. Before plugging the press into the network and starting work, it is necessary to carefully study the video instruction and familiarize yourself with the principles of its operation. After that, its operation will become clear and simple for you. The press has an electric motor, as well as a debugging wheel with a handle. All adjustments and settings are made manually by turning the wheel. Be careful when connecting the electric motor, the direction must correspond to the arrow. The powder is loaded into the press through a funnel-shaped hopper. It can be easily removed, rinsed and reinstalled. The powder is fed from the hopper via a feeder. An active feeder with forced powder feeding into the die is also available. When the rotor of the press rotates, the powder is fed into the die, where it is pressed and then the finished tablet is pushed to the surface. On the body of the press there is a control unit. We can produce any sets of press tools (punches and dies for rotary tablet presses).
