Automatic closed type sterile ampoule filling and sealing machines. Models labeled ABF-4D-1 come with glass dispenser pumps and push-button controls. There are more expensive models ABF-4D-2 in which one peristaltic pump for each of four ampoules and electronic control system with LCD display are installed. Otherwise, all models differ from each other by minor options, dosage and performance. Closed ampoules are taken from the hopper, then they get on the conveyor belt to the printing zone. The flame melts the top of the ampoule and the filling is performed. The operator adjusts the dosage, within the limits of each machine modification. Filling into ampoules is carried out in groups of 4 ampoules. The machine brings the group of ampoules under the needles, the conveyor stops and the needles are lowered into the ampoules. Next comes the filling of ampoules. After that the glass ampoules are moved to the burner zone. The burning temperature and flame intensity are also controlled. After the neck of the ampoule is heated, special clamps are used to form the top of the ampoule. The top has a rounded contour with a regular uniform shape. The height of all finished ampoules and roundness is repeated continuously, without differences. Attention, the sterile glass ampoule filling and sealing machine does not require a machine for washing and drying ampoules. Closed glass ampoules must be used.
