The inclined vial trays move the vials out to the filling unit. The machine fills one or two vials. The model can handle both aluminum caps and plastic caps. Optical sensors monitor the presence of vials. If there is no vial, there is no filling. From the accumulating vibration hoppers aluminum caps or plastic caps are fed to the capping units, where corks are corked vials, and aluminum caps are put on top. The caps are mechanically sealed using rotating heads. The finished vials are taken away by an additional conveyor belt. The machine is a filling device on the conveyor line for oral solution, which is used for filling, capping, compression of penicillin vials with the volume of 5-100 ml. The filling and sealing operation is combined in this machine with its advanced design and compact structure. Great importance is attached to the stability of the vials.
