Semi-automatic machine for filling aluminum tubes with glue or cream. In addition, automatic tube positioning according to the mark printed on the tube is possible. The system of embossing expiration date and lot number is applied. There is also a mechanism for double clamping the edge of the tube. It is used in the production of cosmetics, medicines, food products. The customer must provide dimensions and samples of tubes. The manufacturer makes plastic molds to fit the size of the customer’s aluminum tubes. The design is a rotating table with 16 holes, in each hole is installed a plastic cup under the diameter of the tube. The operator performs only one function – installing empty tubes into the cups. Filling of the tube, orientation by photo mark, clamping of the edge and ejection of the finished tube is done automatically. Simple and clear dosage setting. If necessary, it is possible to order sets of molds for all sizes of tubes. Clamping of the tube edge is pneumatically driven. The height of the clamping jaws can be adjusted to the height of the tube.
