Additional information

The line consists of three machines working together. The first machine packs tea into pyramids with thread and label. The conveyor from the containers carries each pyramid to the machine for packaging in cellophane envelope. Machine for individual packing of the pyramid into a cellophane envelope. The tea prepared for packing is loaded into the storage hopper. Portions are dosed by four weight dispensers. The tea portions are moved to the pyramid forming area. Nylon cloth with attached threads and labels from the roll is fed to the dosing area. The machine forms the tea pyramid. After forming the pyramid, they are moved by conveyor buckets to the packaging machine. The roll material is used to form an envelope in which the tea pyramid is automatically placed. The finished packages are loaded into a cardboard box at the bottom of the machine. The expiration date and batch number are printed by a special printer, which is included in the delivery set. The required settings and parameters are adjusted by the operator on the electronic control panel.
