Casing – fully enclosed with stainless steel sheets. The rotor and electric motor are accessible through the removable rear cover. From the motor pulley, the force is transmitted to the gearbox via a belt drive. A stainless steel boiler is connected to the gearbox shaft. The boiler is heated from below by a heating element. A hot air pipe is fed into the coater. The heated surface of the coater allows to maintain the temperature of the sugar syrup and evenly distribute the shell over the entire surface of the tablets. Introduction of the substance forming the shell into the tablets is carried out through a built in atomization system. On the body of the coater is fixed control unit with buttons “Start” and “Stop”. The undoubted advantage of the dragee coater is the small size of the desktop device. The use of stainless steel boiler will allow you not to worry about oxidation of the working surface. The construction of the coater is made of stainless steel, which allows the use of detergents in the daily operation of the equipment. The construction is very stable.
