Automatic pellet packing equipment is used for packing powder into pillow type bag – microcomputer packaging machine – used for packing such fine-grained material as sugar, coffee, mini pellets, fructose, tea, monosodium glutamate, salt, desiccant, seeds, etc., and performs the following cycle of operations: measuring process, bag forming, powder filling, bag sealing, batch number printing and cutting can be performed automatically. The equipment can package various kinds of materials such as granulate, powders, liquids, tablets, etc. into various packaging materials: various laminated films such as polypropylene/polyethylene, polyester/aluminum foil/polyethylene, polyester/aluminum coating/polyethylene, nylon/polyethylene, polyester/polyethylene, polyester/polyethylene. Equipped with a processor to control each operating function and customize the human-machine interface dialog. Dual temperature channel is controlled horizontally and vertically by intelligent temperature control device. Intelligent self-regulating photocell discretely realizes orientation transformation between light and shadow. Powerful anti-jamming protection sounds an alarm if two packages are delayed at the highest point of the machine and create a jam. The packing speed can be infinitely adjusted within a specified range. The bag forming device is characterized by high precision. The machine is easy to operate and simple to maintain. Additional devices (optional): the pouch forming unit can be replaced by a four-sided unit, a hot stamping unit can be installed on top of the machine.
