Additional information
The granulator uses centrifugal rotation, friction and adhesion, mold polishing, friction heat to dry the granulation process. Combining the functions of the three machines. The process uses centrifugal bonding, mold rolling, no need for pre-pelletizing, so the processing cost is low and the efficiency is high. The finished pellets are well distributed, smooth, rounded, high intensity, good liquidity, pellet formation rate is above 95%. The temperature in the cylinder tank reaches 60-120 degrees C. Material movement and heat generation in the process of adhesion formation, granulation process, also accelerate the total drying time of granules, reducing the production cost. This equipment with less investment, has low operating cost.
