Training on our equipment before purchase is possible. Testing of materials. We provide advice on the organization of production of granulation materials, with a full range of additional equipment and consumables. User manual and technical data sheet in English.
2) COMPLETE LABORATORIES OF PHARMACEUTICAL PRODUCTION.
We have a test granulator for production of pilot batches, which we provide to our clients. You can always contact us with your ideas and inquiries. Nowadays, the pelletizer manufacturer can offer equipment for large scale pellet production by all methods.
3) PELLETIZER SUPPLIES.
The products are fully compliant with the new GMP requirements. The production of pelletizers is accompanied by strict quality control, verification of all documentation, well-organized after-sales service of the equipment.
4) SPARE PARTS SUPPLY
The manufacturer can also offer the granulator model according to the customer’s goals and objectives. We will provide assistance in maintenance and repair of any pelletizing equipment.

Additional information
The powder is poured through a hopper into the press pelletizer, the rollers rotated by powerful gearboxes press the powder, press it into plates, which the machine automatically peels and crushes into pellets. The high force generated by the press pelletizer ensures that the pellets are produced without moistening by pressing the powder alone. An automatic hydraulic system is used to create the pressing force, which pumps up the required force. The machine has a manual dashboard control, in another modification the maintenance of the pressure is manual, through the use of a manual hydraulic pump, and an electronic control panel with a menu in English. Granulator: does not mix the powder; does not moisten the powder; does not mix the moistened powder; does not dry the granules; does not separate the granules into good and substandard; does not produce granules of the same shape size. The function of the granulator is to press the powder into a plate with rollers and break it into small particles.
