Additional information

Monoblock emulsifier made entirely of stainless steel and anti-corrosive aluminum for the production of the following products: creams, gels and liquids. The procedure is automatic, with a working cycle that uses an agitator (inserted in the bottom of the container) and a turbine inserted outside the machine (which lifts the product from the bottom of the container and mixes it from the top).
The emulsifier allows the product to be heated and cooled slowly and run under vacuum conditions. The cooling cycle can be programmed thanks to the touch screen display. There are models with a volume of 10, 20 and 50 liters. The equipment comes with a detailed instruction manual in Italian and English with illustrations of the working process.
