1) TRAINING IN MIXING TECHNOLOGY.
All our customers who have purchased equipment are provided with literature on the basics of powder mixing. We provide consultations by phone and by correspondence, we help to solve the arising difficulties in production on our equipment. We supply spare parts and consumables. We provide services to assist in the realization of used mixing equipment. User manual and technical data sheet in English.
2) WE COMPLETE THE PRODUCTION OF POWDERS.
We have a wide range of additional equipment for powder mixing. At the customer’s request, we will select the model of mixer, powder mixer, granulators, vibrating screen, filling and packaging equipment for powders.
3) SUPPLY OF SPARE PARTS
We cooperate with manufacturers of automatic and semi-automatic powder mixers and supply spare parts for any model of mixers purchased in our company.

Additional information
The mixer is made of stainless steel. V-shaped powder mixers are suitable for mixing dry bulk powders. High mixing efficiency is achieved by the presence of a rotating shaft with lobes inside the main vessel. The main vessel rotates at a speed of 12 rpm and the inner shaft rotates to meet the rotation of the vessel at a speed of 1500 rpm. The best model available of the V-shaped mixers. V-shaped high-efficiency mixer has no blind spots in the cylinders with high speed, and with minimum mixing time. The body, inner and outer walls are polished stainless steel, with an elegant appearance. Powder loading and unloading can be done either manually or by vacuum conveyor. There are quick release valves for powder discharge. This mixer is used for mixing powdered materials in pharmaceutical and other industries. The shaft is driven by an electric motor. It is the best industrial device for mixing dry bulk powders.
