Additional information

A rotary table feeds empty plastic bottles and vials piece by piece onto a conveyor belt, which moves the vials to the filling unit. From the storage hoppers, the bottles are fed to the rotary table, where the bottles are placed into the cells and moved to the outlet, where they are taken away by an additional conveyor belt to the filling or filling lines. The bottles are oriented with the neck upwards by blowing compressed air through a nozzle. If the bottle is turned upside down, the compressed air stream passing under the nozzle ejects the bottle from the cell. Bottles and vials are poured into the storage hopper in bulk. A plastic disk with cells is placed inside; a different disk is ordered for each bottle diameter and height.
