1- It is mandatory for any tablet press model to use only well-fluffed powder. According to you, you have a strong watering of the powder, which calls into question its bulkiness during the operation of the press. Should you consider drying the powder before feeding it to the press?

2. Powder sticking to the molds. This is a known problem, but fluoroplastic coating will not help you much. This material is too soft, and any press develops enough force, so you can’t use fluoroplastic over the entire contour of the punch. It is possible to make a recess in the punch and glue a PTFE insert there, but this is a half-measure. There is a lot of work on it, and it will fall apart quickly. Besides, the powder sticks not only to the plane of the punches, but also to the inner walls of the die. And it is more difficult to fix it. Our advice to you is to work on your powder and its pre-preparation modes.
