1) TRAINING IN PRESSING TECHNOLOGY.
All our customers who have purchased the equipment, we provide literature on the basics of tablet pressing. We provide consultations by phone and by correspondence, we help to solve the arising difficulties in production on our equipment. We supply spare parts and consumables. We render services in assistance in realization of used hydraulic presses.
2) COMPLETE THE PRODUCTION OF TABLETS.
We have a wide range of additional equipment for tablet production. At the customer’s request, we will select the model of tablet dedusters, vacuum system of powder supply to the hoppers of the press, granulators, powder mixers, equipment for coating tablets, printers for printing logos on tablets, filling and packaging equipment for tablets.
3) MANUFACTURE OF PUNCHES AND DIES.
On a permanent basis we manufacture press tools for hydraulic presses at our own production facilities, we place orders at similar production facilities in India, China, USA.
4) SUPPLY OF SPARE PARTS
We cooperate with manufacturers of tablet presses and supply spare parts for any model of hydraulic presses purchased in our company.

We appreciate your appeal. The difficulty in solving the problem lies in the shape of your tablets. The classic tablet shape is a cylinder, where the thickness is at least 15% and not more than 40% of the diameter. These proportions ensure the mechanical strength of the tablet compressed even with minimal force. The strongest compressed place of the tablet is its center. The weakest is the place on the edges.
Your pentagram has several corners, which will always be the weakest places.
There are two ways to solve the problem at hand.
The first way is to find a technology that will press your compound into a strong tablet with minimal force. The problem with this method is the time required.
The second is to buy a more powerful press. Will lead to the expenditure of monetary resources.
We suggest considering several models of equipment with their pros and cons: hydraulic automatic press with a force of 18 tons and three models of mechanical presses with a force of 18,28,38 tons.
