This proportion is 100% diameter and 35-40% thickness. The tablet is maximally strong at the ends and minimally strong in the middle. In your case, with a diameter of 25mm, a thickness of 30mm is a lot.
You will need to buy a press model with a very high force, and it is much more expensive than a regular press.

Secondly, salt tablets have their own peculiarities. Salt is a very abrasive material, so when working with it, press tools (punches and matrices) quickly fail. Powder pressing takes place in the matrix. The finished tablet rubs its sides against the inner walls of the die. The greater the thickness of the finished tablet, the more force is required to push the tablet out of the die. Pushing a 30 mm thick tablet out is a very big problem. And obviously, the abrasion of the die inside will be as fast as possible. And the cost of molds is not cheap.
