1) TRAINING IN TUBE FILLING TECHNOLOGY.
All our customers who have purchased the equipment, we provide literature on the basics of dosing creams and ointments into tubes. We provide consultations by phone and by correspondence, help to solve the emerging difficulties in the production of our equipment. We supply spare parts and consumables. We provide services to assist in the sale of used tube filling equipment. User manual and technical data sheet in English.
2) COMPLETE THE PRODUCTION OF ALUMINUM AND PLASTIC TUBES.
We have a wide range of additional equipment for dispensing production. At the customer’s request, we will select the model of cream and ointment dispensers, homogenizers, equipment for packing creams into tubes, filling and packaging equipment for filling tubes.
3) SUPPLY OF SPARE PARTS
We cooperate with manufacturers of automatic and semi-automatic tube filling machines and supply spare parts for any model of tube filling machines purchased in our company.

Additional information
Tabletop filling machine of high quality from the Italian manufacturer of pharmaceutical equipment. The 1 liter container is filled with cream or ointment, manually adjusting the position of the rod that forms the dose. Manually, using the lever of the equipment, the dose of cream is fed into the tube. After filling the tube manually, it is transferred to the unit where the tube edge is clamped. It is possible to change the direction of cream delivery. It is possible to set the feeding into tubes, and can be fed into any other containers. The design of the equipment allows convenient disassembly for cleaning and washing.
