1) TRAINING IN TABLET COATING TECHNOLOGY.
We provide all our customers who have purchased equipment with literature on the basics of tablet coating. We provide consultations by phone and correspondence, and help resolve any difficulties that arise during production on our equipment. We supply spare parts and consumables. We provide services to assist in the sale of used equipment.
2) WE COMPLETE TABLET PRODUCTION.
We have a wide range of additional equipment for tablet production. At the customer’s request, we will select a model of equipment for coating tablets with coatings, a coating spray system for tablet panning.
3) SUPPLY OF SPARE PARTS
We cooperate with manufacturers of automatic and tabletop panning machines for tablets. We supply spare parts for any model of panning equipment purchased from our company.

Additional information
The laboratory film coating kettle complies with GMP requirements and the American FDA standard. The delivery set includes a stainless steel rack and 3 pans of different sizes for installation in the kettle. It is widely used in pharmaceuticals and food industries, being an ideal equipment for coating tablets, pills, candies, chocolate with liquid film coating, organic or sugar coating. The main body is made of imported stainless steel, equipped with an explosion-proof motor and frequency converter, a cleaning device, a computer control system, a program control function and a touch screen display device. The heated surface of the kettle allows you to maintain the temperature of the sugar syrup and evenly distribute the shell over the entire surface of the tablets. The introduction of the substance forming the shell into the tablets is carried out through a built-in spray system. Using a stainless steel kettle will allow you not to worry about oxidation of the working surface. The design of the kettle is made of stainless steel, which allows the use of detergents in daily operation of the equipment.
