The quality control machine with rotating rollers allows the operator to inspect hard or soft capsules and plain or coated tablets of all sizes. The flow of tablets from the hopper enters a vibrating perforated chute where a sorting drum sifts coarse dust and chips, which are then collected in a container. The products arrive on the inspection platform in a single layer. Capsules and tablets are transferred from the vibrating chute onto rotating rollers and, constantly inverted, move to the operator, who performs a reliable all-round inspection. Adjustable mirrors allow the operator to inspect opposite sides of tablets and capsules. The rotation speed of the inspection rollers is individually adjustable, independent of the inspection speed. The rotation speed and inspection speed of tablets/capsules are infinitely variable. No hidden corners or blind spots on the inspection platform. Inspection rollers are made of high density transparent polymers with FDA food approval. Lighting is mounted under the roller conveyor, which is more suitable for inspecting clear hard and soft capsules. Defective capsules and tablets can be removed by the operator using a flexible handheld attachment with a vacuum attachment. The equipment is equipped with a switch pedal that allows the conveyor to stop at any time. Despite the pedal being depressed, the tablets or capsules continue to rotate in front of the operator at a separately adjustable speed. A light source from above, as well as a fluorescent lamp mounted under the roller conveyor to illuminate the inspection platform, reduces visual strain. The equipment can be completely dismantled for cleaning without any tools within minutes. Easy to clean, with no risk of mutual contamination.
