Due to the combined action of the centrifugal force of the turntable, the frictional force between the pellets and the toothed plate, the container walls and the pellets, and the air pressure force between the turntable and the container walls, all the pellets are in a three-dimensional transverse helical rolling motion, forming a smooth grinding action and converting the pellet into spheroids. The machine is composed of feeding chute, groove, rotary plate, discharging device, transfer mechanism, venting and drying device (optional), housing, control system, pneumatic system.
